We want you to know where you and we stand. stand. That’s why we make our application process as transparent and efficient as possible.

Cover Letter - Yea or Nay?

A cover letter is not a must for us, because a strong resume can tell us a lot about you, your career and your personal skills.

If you are a young professional, this could be a good option, as your experience may not be that extensive. Tell us about your motivation for applying. Why this particular job and why PINKTUM? What qualities and experiences do you have that could be valuable for this position?

We also welcome unconventional cover letters because we want to get to know you and all your facets. This sticks to our motto: Everything’s possible, and nothing is a must.

Virtual Appointments to Start

Our interviews take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. Don’t worry, you don’t need your own team access for this. You will receive an invitation link from us and can easily join the video call as a guest via your browser.

Our Candidate Journey

Application received

We have received your application via our application form, and you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via e-mail. At this point, we will review your documents. Please understand that we need a little time for this. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Phone call

Your application has won us over. During a brief initial phone call, we'll discuss the general requirements of the position openly together. Is it a good fit for both parties? Great, then we'll proceed to the next step together.

First Virtual Interview

The first interview will take place with you, a member of the recruiting team and the team leader of the relevant department. We would like to get to know you personally and of course, you can ask all your questions about the position and PINKTUM as an employer. Do you still have questions after the interview? We are always available to answer your questions throughout the application process.

Scan-Analysis of Potential

The first interview is followed by our Analysis of Potential scan.advanced, which helps us to obtain a well-founded, holistic personality profile of you as a candidate. This is not about right or wrong, but solely about you and your very personal, individual competencies and motivational structures.

Second Interview

In our second conversation, we would like to address any remaining details or questions and provide clarification on any open aspects. Depending on the position, we are happy to meet you in our offices or conduct the interview virtually.

Contract

It's a match—Based on your professional and personal qualities, we have determined that you are a suitable match for the job! You will now receive a job offer and all information about onboarding and your start at PINKTUM. We are thrilled to welcome you and cannot wait for your arrival!

Jill Kraft, Director of People & Culture

Jill leads the People & Culture division of PAWLIK Group and has been on board since 2013. Our HR expert’s main focus is on creating a link between the team and management. In addition, she is responsible for issues ranging from contractual matters to onboarding and people development. She also takes the lead in steering the group’s strategic direction from an HR perspective. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining friends at home and cooking.

Anna Bartholomaiou, HR Manager/People & Culture

Anna has been part of the PAWLIK Group since 2017. She is the first point of contact for new employees at PINKTUM and ensures their onboarding experience is organized perfectly. She is passionate about your career at PINKTUM, and also passionate and at your disposal for all things cultural. In her free time, she continues her interest in culture—among other things, through the dances of the world.

Kilian Hinterdobler, HR and Recruiting Manager

Kilian is responsible for finding talent and filling positions in his role as HR and Recruiting Manager. When the amiable native Bavarian is not looking for new employees for PINKTUM, he can be found in Germany’s ice rinks as a referee in the German Ice Hockey League.

Annika Henne, Recruiting Managerin

Annika is your dedicated recruiting contact for the entire PAWLIK Group. If you have any questions about the application process, Annika is always ready to listen and show you what individual development opportunities PINKTUM has in store for you. Outside of work, Annika is passionate about standing behind a microphone and singing, which she used to do professionally. You see, even those considering a change in career are more than welcome!

Kamilla Stumpe, HR and Recruiting Manager
